The Unpredictable Image: A Delicate Act of Letting Go
This early series presents a first blush of ideas and images, exploring the interplay between control and chance in photography. Using Polaroid emulsion lifts, digitally printed images are transformed through water, time, and touch. The results are delicate, layered, and unpredictable, capturing moments where memory and perception converge.
More conventional in nature, this work laid the foundation for the layered narratives that followed. Each piece reflects a process of experimentation and discovery, inviting viewers to engage closely with the surfaces, textures, and subtle shifts within the image.
